Preschool and Daycare at Woodlawn
Education Leaders are recognizing more than ever the important role that preschool education plays in the shaping of a child's educational growth. Therefore, Woodlawn seeks to help parents provide the kind of guidance and training that will help your child develop physically, mentally and spiritually. Since 1974, literally thousands have entrusted their children to our daycare. To many, we have become a "home away from home" We truly care. As a result, we have enjoyed a reputation over the years as being one if the very best. We provide care for ages six to twelve years from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. We are a state licensed daycare.
Our kindergarten is unmatched in this county. We provide classes for 3, 4 and 5 year olds using the A-Beka program. A public school teacher was overheard to say at a social gathering, "I wish that every child could have the privilege of going through the Woodlawn Baptist Church Kindergarten before entering the first grade."
